💡 Tip: If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 2 working days, wait one more day before contacting support — scan updates can be delayed during high-volume seasons or public holidays. After 3 working days with no update, contact the merchant first.

Postex delivery time depends on your city and the service the merchant selected at booking. Same-day is available in three major metros; intercity ships across 650+ cities in 2–7 working days.
